Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your PackWell Co order. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item when relevant. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.

Because our products are travel and personal-organization accessories, used items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed by our fulfillment partner. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
